Man, it’s been a while since I posted anything new. Every “side project” gets its moment of glory and then gets left in the shadows of something more important. As much as writing music has to be one of my side projects for general survival, I still haven’t lost the dream of my songs actually supplying the food on the table.
The past year and a half has been crazy. We’ve been busy raising children at home full time, while running our web development business and somehow doing improvements to our home property. To quote myself:
The house is so dirty, the work never ends
There’s never enough time
To go to the movies or spend with my friends

Point is, life’s good. We’re all here surviving and going with the flow. The kids are back in school and we have some quiet time in the mornings to devote back to songwriting. I’ve written a few things since “Viral” in March of 2020, some of which may see the light of day.
Here’s to hoping that the end of 2021 will bring some moments of creativity that we can be proud of.
